Wonderful ambiance, attentive staff!

The hotel was such a pleasant surprise for my family and our pets! The complimentary breakfast had a fantastic variety, and the staff made us feel right at home. Our room was clean and spacious, perfect for a family stay with animals.

My kids wished there were more activities for them to enjoy during our visit.

we recently stayed here for a wedding, and it truly surpassed our previous experiences in town. the room was spacious with comfortable beds, and the kitchenette was a huge plus for late-night snacks. breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh fruit-infused water and friendly staff who made our mornings brighter.

The decor at Hampton Inn Springfield-Southeast, Mo was inviting, with comfortable seating areas and easy access to the lobby and breakfast area, making it very convenient for seniors like me to navigate throughout the hotel.

Better signage for seniors would enhance navigation.

What a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My room, equipped with comfy beds and even USB-C ports, was pristine. Breakfast was delightful with a variety of hot items. The location felt serene, despite being near the highway. Truly one of the best stays I've had!

Had an awesome time with my friends! The rooms were super clean, and we loved the quiet location—made for a nice getaway. We checked out a nearby movie theater and grabbed some coffee at Starbucks. The friendly staff always greeted us with smiles, and there was fresh popcorn waiting in the lobby.

The only downside was that although there was a nice call to check in on us, we didn't receive the thanks letter some other guests mentioned.

the coffee station was in the kitchen. but the breakfast options were great, including fresh waffles 😍. the staff was so friendly and accommodating! loved the fire pit outside for relaxing evenings.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I loved the room, which had a flat-screen TV, microwave, and fridge. The bathroom had free toiletries and a hairdryer. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the indoor pool was a nice touch. Breakfast included coffee, tea, and freshly baked cookies in the lobby.

That TV placement is baffling, far from any angle that makes sense!!! A barking dog at dawn is not my idea of a peaceful wake-up call. Some more thoughtful planning would go a long way here!!!
